This page explains what Wishly Group collects through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you give us
When you submit a partnership inquiry or creator application, we collect the information in that form, such as your name, work email, company, role, social profiles, goals, and message. We use it to review your request, respond, and manage the resulting business relationship.
Website activity, only with permission
If you choose “Allow tracking,” we load Warmly, a third-party B2B website analytics service. Warmly may use cookies and collect information such as:
- IP address, browser and device information, and user agent;
- the pages and URLs you visit, UTM parameters, session status, and time spent;
- form-fill interactions and information submitted through forms; and
- company or professional profile information that Warmly associates with a visit.
We use these signals to understand which companies are interested in Wishly, improve the website, prioritize relevant business inquiries, and support appropriate sales follow-up. Warmly signals may flow through Zapier into Wishly’s Airtable workspace for those purposes.
If you decline, Warmly does not load and the core website continues to work.

Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, protect forms, process inquiries, and manage business information. These may include Cloudflare, Warmly, Zapier, Airtable, and our email or communication providers. They process information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and international processing
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to maintain business records, and to meet legal or security obligations. Wishly and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live.
Your choices and questions
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification. You can also decline website tracking without losing access to the site.
