This page explains what Wishly Group collects through this website and connected social accounts, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you give us
When you submit a partnership inquiry or creator application, we collect the information in that form, such as your name, work email, company, role, social profiles, goals, and message. We use it to review your request, respond, and manage the resulting business relationship.
When you apply for a job, we collect your name, email, résumé, why you want to join Wishly, salary expectations, any optional video link you provide, the role you apply for, and the time of submission. Wishly’s hiring team uses this information to review your application and contact you about the role. Applications are stored in Airtable. Internal hiring notifications contain the role and a private link to the application. We do not automatically rank or reject applicants.
Creators who connect a social account
If you're a creator Wishly represents, you can connect your LinkedIn account through connect.wishlygroup.ca so we can report on the campaign posts you create with us without asking you for screenshots.
What we collect. Your LinkedIn name and profile URL, to confirm the account is yours. Performance totals for the posts you publish in Wishly campaigns: impressions, members reached, reactions, comments, reposts, saves, sends, link clicks, and followers and profile views gained from each post. Your follower count. We never receive information about the people who viewed or engaged with your posts, your messages or your connections, and we cannot post or act on your account.
How we use and share it. To report campaign performance to you, to Wishly staff who manage your campaigns, and to the brand that sponsored each post, in that campaign's report. We don't sell it, use it for advertising or recruiting, or combine it into a database about LinkedIn members.
How often. Automatically, a few times in the month after each campaign post goes live, and your follower count about weekly, until you disconnect or the connection expires.
Security. Access credentials are encrypted and kept only on our connection service, separate from our other systems.
Your choices. Disconnect any time with the personal link you get when you connect, or with "Sign in to disconnect" at connect.wishlygroup.ca/linkedin. That stops collection immediately and deletes your access credentials and the history our connection service stored. You can also remove "The Wishly Group" in LinkedIn under Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services. To ask us to delete campaign reports that include your numbers, email hello@wishlygroup.ca.
Website activity, only with permission
If you choose “Allow tracking,” we load Warmly, a third-party B2B website analytics service. Warmly may use cookies and collect information such as:
- IP address, browser and device information, and user agent;
- the pages and URLs you visit, UTM parameters, session status, and time spent;
- form-fill interactions and information submitted through forms; and
- company or professional profile information that Warmly associates with a visit.
We use these signals to understand which companies are interested in Wishly, improve the website, prioritize relevant business inquiries, and support appropriate sales follow-up. Warmly signals may flow through Zapier into Wishly’s Airtable workspace for those purposes.
If you decline, Warmly does not load and the core website continues to work.

Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, protect forms, process inquiries, and manage business information. These may include Cloudflare, Warmly, Zapier, Airtable, and our email or communication providers. They process information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Warmly explains its practices in its privacy policy. Depending on where you live, you may also use Warmly’s Do Not Sell/Share My Data form.
Retention and international processing
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to maintain business records, and to meet legal or security obligations. Wishly and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live.
Your choices and questions
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification. You can also decline website tracking without losing access to the site.
