About Wishly

Wishly Group represents B2B creators and LinkedIn category leaders, partnering with brands on creator campaigns and experiences. Our work extends beyond social posts into thought leadership, speaking opportunities, live events, and private dinners.

The role

We’re looking for someone who knows how to bring the right people together—and make something meaningful happen once they’re in the room.

You’ll own two priorities: hosting Wishly’s events and dinners for prospects, existing customers, and creators across different regions; and shaping how Wishly shows up at major tentpole industry events.

The goal is to build stronger relationships, create qualified opportunities, and help grow our pipeline. We need a marketer with commercial instincts and the operational skills to deliver a great experience from the first invitation through the final follow-up.

You should be just as comfortable building a guest list and hosting a dinner as you are managing a budget and explaining what the event generated for the business.

What you’ll own

  • Wishly-hosted events and dinners. Develop and run a regional program of curated dinners, roundtables, and other relationship-building experiences for prospective customers, existing clients, and creators. Give every gathering a clear audience, purpose, and business objective.
  • Our presence at tentpole events. Build the plan for how Wishly participates in major industry gatherings. Identify where our customers and creators will be, where we should invest our time, and how to show up through meetings, side events, partnerships, creator participation, and hosting opportunities.
  • Getting the right people in the room. Partner with sales, account management, and talent teams on target accounts and guest selection. Own invitations, outreach coordination, RSVPs, reminders, and thoughtful introductions—not just registration numbers.
  • End-to-end event execution. Manage venues, vendors, budgets, hospitality, creator logistics, event schedules, and contingency plans. Personally host or lead on-site execution, making sure guests feel welcomed and the experience reflects Wishly’s standards.
  • Pipeline generation and follow-up. Coordinate pre-event meetings, capture relevant conversations and next steps, and ensure every qualified opportunity has an owner. Work with sales and account management to turn event relationships into follow-up conversations, new business, and account expansion.
  • Measurement and improvement. Maintain an event calendar and budget tracker. Report on target-account attendance, qualified meetings, opportunities created or progressed, and event-sourced or influenced pipeline. Use the results to decide what we repeat, improve, or stop.

What we’re looking for

You have hands-on experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, including direct ownership of in-person events. You can show how your work supported pipeline, customer relationships, or business growth—not just attendance.

You combine strong hosting instincts with excellent project management. You’re comfortable engaging senior brand leaders, customers, and creators, and you understand that guest selection and follow-up matter just as much as the venue.

You can manage multiple events across regions, negotiate with vendors, work within budgets, and stay composed when plans change. Experience partnering closely with sales teams and maintaining accurate CRM records is important.

Experience in SaaS, technology, media, an agency, or the creator economy is a plus. This is a remote-based role, but travel and evening availability for scheduled events are part of the job.

What success looks like

The right prospects, customers, and creators consistently show up. Guests have an experience worth returning for. Events run well and stay within budget, and the relationships we build lead to measurable next steps and business opportunities.
