About Wishly
Wishly Group is a B2B creator agency representing LinkedIn creators and category leaders. We connect brands with credible voices and manage the strategy, relationships, and execution behind their creator partnerships.
The role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant whose first priority is simple: protect our founder’s time and make sure the important things keep moving.
You’ll work directly with Aneesh Lal to manage his inbox, calendar, commitments, and follow-through. You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable making judgment calls about what needs his attention, what can be handled independently, and what should go to someone else.
This is not just a scheduling role. We need someone who anticipates needs, brings structure to a busy day, and follows through without needing to be chased.
What you’ll own
- Calendar and time management. Own scheduling across time zones, resolve conflicts, protect focused work time, and make sure the calendar reflects business priorities—not just whoever asks for a meeting first.
- Email triage and communication. Organize the inbox, identify urgent or high-value messages, draft responses, route requests to the right people, and track conversations that need a response or decision.
- Project and commitment follow-through. Maintain a clear view of the founder’s priorities, deadlines, and outstanding commitments. Follow up with owners, surface blockers early, and keep projects moving without taking over the responsibilities of the teams delivering them.
- Meeting preparation and follow-up. Prepare agendas, background notes, and relevant materials. Capture decisions and action items, confirm ownership, and ensure the right people receive the follow-up.
- Travel and executive logistics. Coordinate business travel, itineraries, reservations, and related expenses. Think through the details so the founder can focus on the purpose of the trip.
- Reliable systems and discretion. Maintain organized records and useful daily or weekly priority summaries. Improve recurring workflows, use approved technology thoughtfully, and handle sensitive business and personal information with exceptional care.
What we’re looking for
You have experience supporting a founder, executive, or senior leader in a fast-moving business. You can manage a busy inbox and complex calendar, write clearly, and communicate confidently with clients, creators, partners, and internal team members.
You are proactive without overstepping. You know when to act independently, when to ask a question, and when something needs immediate escalation. You can distinguish urgency from importance and push back diplomatically when a request conflicts with priorities.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and consistent follow-through are essential. You should be comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, project-management tools, and learning new systems. Agency or founder-led business experience is a plus.
What success looks like
Aneesh Lal spends more time on the work only he can do. Important messages receive timely attention, meetings are well prepared, commitments have clear owners, and fewer things require last-minute intervention.
