About Wishly
Wishly Group is a B2B creator agency representing LinkedIn creators and category leaders. We help brands execute strategic creator partnerships, combining campaign strategy, account management, and multi-creator coordination.
The role
We’re looking for an Account Manager who can lead client relationships and keep complex creator campaigns moving in a fast-paced agency environment.
You’ll manage active brand campaigns from the signed-contract handoff through kickoff, execution, reporting, and renewal planning. You’ll coordinate between brands, creators, and internal teams, making sure everyone understands what success looks like, what needs to happen next, and who owns it.
Agency experience and hands-on social media or influencer-marketing campaign experience are required.
This role needs more than someone who can track deadlines. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who understands the client’s goals, brings useful recommendations, protects the creator relationship, and takes ownership when something needs to be solved.
What you’ll own
- Campaign onboarding and planning. Take ownership at the sales-to-account-management handoff. Confirm objectives, target audiences, contracted deliverables, timelines, approval requirements, and success measures, then turn them into a clear execution plan.
- Day-to-day client and creator relationships. Lead campaign communication with brand partners, agency contacts, creators, and internal stakeholders. Run effective meetings, provide proactive updates, and make sure neither clients nor creators have to chase for clarity.
- Campaign project management. Coordinate briefs, product access, content development, feedback, revisions, approvals, publishing dates, and reporting. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping priorities, dependencies, and deadlines visible.
- Strategic guidance and content quality. Translate brand objectives into useful creator briefs and actionable feedback. Recommend content angles, formats, and improvements that serve the campaign while respecting the creator’s voice and audience.
- Risk, scope, and issue management. Spot delays, unclear feedback, missing access, approval bottlenecks, and scope changes early. Bring solutions, set expectations, and escalate material risks before they become client problems. Keep delivery aligned with agreed requirements, including usage rights and disclosure expectations.
- Operational and commercial coordination. Keep campaign records, deliverables, decisions, and next steps current in the CRM and campaign-management systems. Coordinate with sales and finance on approved scope changes, invoicing milestones, and payment-related blockers.
- Reporting, retention, and growth. Deliver clear campaign recaps that explain results, lessons, and recommended next steps. Gather client feedback, identify renewal or expansion opportunities, and partner with sales to turn successful campaigns into longer-term relationships.
What we’re looking for
Agency experience is required. You have managed client accounts or campaigns within a marketing, advertising, social, influencer, or creative agency. You understand the pace, competing priorities, and service standards that come with agency work.
Social media or influencer-marketing experience is required. You have directly managed campaigns involving content briefs, stakeholder feedback, approvals, publishing, and performance reporting.
You are an excellent project manager and a confident client communicator. You can handle a busy campaign portfolio, distinguish what needs immediate attention, and maintain accuracy when priorities shift. You know how to deliver difficult updates, resolve disagreements, and provide a recommendation rather than simply forwarding a problem.
You also bring strategic judgment: you understand why a campaign exists, how content connects to its goals, and how to turn results into a useful client conversation. Experience with B2B brands, LinkedIn campaigns, multi-creator programs, and account renewals is especially valuable.
What success looks like
Campaigns launch on time and deliver against the agreed scope. Clients feel informed and well advised. Creators have clear briefs and timely feedback. Risks are surfaced early, reporting leads to useful recommendations, and accounts are well positioned for renewal.
